Rental terms

Rates: 350 € per weeknight, 1000 € Friday–Sunday, 5000 € for 30 nights; longer monthly stays are prorated. A 30% deposit is required for online bookings. Minimum 2 nights; guests choose their own dates. A request without payment is not a confirmed booking. Cancellation, refunds, cleaning, security deposit, taxes, arrival times and house rules must be agreed with the owner; these terms are awaiting final validation.

Legal identity, registration details and full address are awaiting owner confirmation. These details will be completed before opening direct bookings.
